Bi-weekly 1:1 coaching check-ins

Every two weeks we review your progress together via Zoom or voice call. What's working gets reinforced. What isn't gets adjusted. You're never stuck in a plan that isn't serving you.

Habit and nutrition structure

Simple, sustainable guidance on daily habits and nutrition — not extreme dieting. The focus is on building a lifestyle you can maintain, not white-knuckling a calorie deficit.

I believe real results come from doing things the right way — not the fastest way. My approach is rooted in sustainable habits, whole foods nutrition, and a natural, non-extreme philosophy that treats your body with respect rather than punishment.

I'm a Certified Glute Specialist with a deep focus on lower body development, strength training, and the kind of body composition work that holds up long-term. I don't believe in crash diets, overtraining, or unsustainable protocols. What I do believe in is building a lifestyle you actually want to live — one that makes you feel strong, capable, and consistent.

My coaching is calm and structured by design. I meet you where you are, cut through the noise, and give you exactly what you need to move forward — nothing more, nothing less.
